What is this sorrow naught can dispel?

Must have watched the BBC version of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice at least 5 times in total, with the last three times over the course of the past week.

Colin Firth does a very good Mr Darcy. Stoic and unsmiling, but actually his every thought is written on his face.

I love the language used.

Bweah. Why can't we study something less twisted and garish? Why must lit texts in uni be so strange?
